Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:

→Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
→Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
→Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
→Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects
→Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
→Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
→Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
→Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks
→Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

Minimum 2 Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
Stable work history
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
