This community consists of townhomes and mid-rise apartments with elevator buildings, and attached garages!

• →Maintain cleanliness of the property grounds and common areas
• →Pick up trash and debris throughout the community
• →Assist with curb appeal and light groundskeeping
• →Help prepare vacant units and amenity areas
• →Support maintenance team as needed

• →Clean leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• →Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• →Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas
• →Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• →Ensure community presentation standards are met

• Previous porter or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors when needed
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
