About the Role

Own the strategy and execution to scale Field Sales as Addi’s primary engine for mass, high-quality SMB acquisition. The mission is to deliver new merchant acquisition while maintaining robust unit economics and strict risk controls. This role leads the Field Sales operating system end-to-end—encompassing territory strategy, execution cadence, productivity, and quality—and acts as the channel’s representative in strategic cross-functional forums to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate growth.

Mass Acquisition: Deliver the annual acquisition plan by achieving the target volume of active new SMBs.
Team Expansion: Successfully scale and sustain the Hunter sales force across all target cities by the end of the year.
GMV Contribution: Drive the channel to meet the annual New GMV run-rate requirements.
Individual Productivity: Maximize the monthly output per Hunter to ensure peak channel performance.
Profitability Guardrails: Maintain a healthy Payback period and Contribution Index (CI) aligned with the company’s financial efficiency targets.
Process Optimization: Increase the average End-to-End (E2E) conversion rate while protecting and maximizing Hunter capacity.
Quality & Risk Control: Implement a pre- and post-activation control framework that reduces fraud exposure and improves cohort quality without compromising growth speed.
Months 1–2 — Diagnostic & Cadence: Establish a data-driven weekly operating cadence with a single source of truth and clear accountability across the territory.
Months 3–4 — Playbook & Talent: Deploy a scalable playbook system by territory with active feedback loops and a standardized talent system (coaching, rituals, and ramp standards).
Months 5–6 — Machine Ownership: Achieve full autonomy in managing the field "machine," demonstrating the ability to turn data insights into field actions and hitting acquisition and quality targets.
Proven experience in Field Sales Leadership & Execution Excellence
Multi-Layer Leadership: Proven experience leading multi-city, multi-layer field teams (Managers, Supervisors, Hunters) with elite coaching and hiring discipline.
Operational Rigor: Mastery of daily/weekly rituals, pipeline visibility, route management, and fast-paced problem-solving in the field.
Territory Strategy: Deep expertise in building territory plans, coverage models, and productivity levers (field time vs. conversion stages).
Strategic Influence & Data-Driven Decision Making
Senior Stakeholder Management: Ability to drive alignment with Directors and C-level executives, influencing priorities without direct authority.
Data-Driven Narrative: Comfortable defining KPIs, diagnosing performance gaps, and building clear, actionable narratives from complex data sets.
CRM Governance: High literacy in Salesforce (or equivalent), with strict forecasting hygiene and pipeline discipline.
Proven experience in Risk-Adjusted Growth Systems
Balanced Growth: Ability to enforce process compliance and partner with Risk/Compliance teams to maintain healthy merchant cohorts.
Unit Economics Literacy: Experience scaling mass acquisition channels under strict payback and MAC constraints.
Innovative Tooling (Nice-to-have): Familiarity with implementing AI or productivity tools to enhance field quality and output.
