To strengthen our team and to achieve our entrepreneurial mission and vision, we are looking for an:

What We Offer
~1 min read- Act as the first point of contact for IT‑related requests and incidents
- Provide help desk services and initial troubleshooting for workplace IT issues
- Support users with workplace hardware, software, and standard workplace applications
- Provide on‑site support at office locations (installation, replacement, setup, relocation of PCs, notebooks, monitors, peripherals)
- Support IT activities related to employee onboarding and offboarding
- Document incidents, requests, and activities in accordance with internal IT and audit guidelines
- Analyze and resolve more complex workplace‑related incidents and problems
- Configure and maintain client operating systems, workplace applications, and endpoint devices
- Coordinate with external service providers for workplace IT topics
- Support IT asset and warehouse management (ordering, issuance, return, documentation, retirement)
- Maintain and update workplace‑related technical documentation
- Support the operation and continuous improvement of workplace IT infrastructure
- Ensure high availability and stability of workplace IT services
- Contribute to IT operations and infrastructure projects
- Identify recurring incidents and operational issues and support sustainable improvements across the IT environment
- Experience in IT operations and infrastructure, ideally in a banking or enterprise environment
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues and drive improvements
- Hands-on experience with MS 365, MS Windows Server, MS Active Directory and IT network technology
- Fluent in both German and English
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear, professional communication
- Team player with a strong service and customer orientation
