- Base pay: Up to $26/hour - based on experience
- Night shift differentials:
- $1.25/hour for weekday nights
- $2.50/hour for weekend nights
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Includes every other weekend and 3 holidays per year

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide personal care to hospice patients in the inpatient unit
- →Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, and linen changes
- →Ensure patient comfort and safety, including proper use of equipment
- →Observe and report patient condition and any changes to the RN
- →Document care provided in accordance with policies and standards
- →Support patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and compassion
Requirements
~1 min read- Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois
- Active listing on the state nurse aide registry with a clear record
- Current CPR certification
- At least 18 years of age (or as required by state law)
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle or reliable transportation preferred
