Schedule:
Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Participation in an on-call rotation is required to support after-hours client and caregiver needs.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules with precision and care
- Ensure uninterrupted service by proactively filling shifts and addressing client needs
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when needed
- Conduct monthly wellness calls and in-home visits to maintain quality care
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client updates, service changes, and concerns
- Supervise, coach, and motivate direct service employees
- Foster a positive, professional, and welcoming office environment
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and Medicaid/Medicare regulations
What You Bring:
- A genuine passion for serving elderly and disabled populations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of industry experience
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software
- Reliable transportation
