Responsibilities

→Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
→Current PTA license in the state of Tennessee.
→Home Health experience preferred, but not required.
→Current CPR certification.
→Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
→Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting.
