JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Location: Hanover, PA • Service Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center • Coverage Type: Clinical Only • Coverage Period: August 3, 2026 – March 31, 2027 • Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7a – 3:30p (5x8s) PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Pediatrics and Adults • Patient Volume/Census: 6–15 cases per day • Case Mix: Orthopedic, GYN, ENT, Endoscopy, Dental, General Surgery FACILITY INFORMATION • No. of ORs: 4 • EMR System: Epic • Office Equipment Available: Standard ASC anesthesia equipment • Specialty Backup Available: Anesthesia team (1:3 medical direction) • Support Staff Available: OR staff and surgical teams PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes • Temporary Privileges Available: Expedited • Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days (expedited available) COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Rate: TBD • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES • General anesthesia • Regional anesthesia • Orthopedic anesthesia • Endoscopy sedation JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Active PA license required • Board: NBCRNA certification required • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS • Experience: ASC and orthopedic case experience preferred • Other Qualifications: Must be able to work full-time schedule DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide anesthesia services in ambulatory surgery setting • Manage patient care pre, intra, and post operatively • Perform anesthesia for various surgical specialties • Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams • Ensure patient safety and quality care
