POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Expert to lead the collection, interpretation, analysis, and strategic use of data across our organization. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and enable innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic and operational goals.
- Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and deliver actionable dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across systems and sources.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
- Recommend and implement improvements to data infrastructure, quality, and analytics practices.
- Use advanced analytical techniques (e.g., statistical modeling, forecasting, clustering) to solve business problems.
- Document data sources, definitions, and data lineage to support transparency and compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on data literacy, tools, and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience working with data in an analytics, engineering, or business intelligence role.
- Proficiency in SQL and data query languages.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL workflows, and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy standards, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
