Experience: 10+ years in AdTech/Mobile UA, with a deep understanding of the GCR export market. Leadership: 4+ years of experience in people management and managing complex P&L structures.

__大中华区需求侧负责人 (Director of Demand - GCR)__,您将是 adjoe 在中国大陆、台湾和香港地区广告主增长的核心架构师。您不仅是销售领导者,更是负责该地区 P&L (损益) 的__战略业务负责人__,以及连接本地市场与德国总部 (HQ) 及产品团队的__关键桥梁__。您将确保 adjoe 独特的激励广告解决方案和程序化产品能够实现本地化,并在大中华区移动生态系统中占据主导地位。
行业经验: 10 年以上 AdTech/移动买量 (UA) 经验,对大中华区出海市场有深厚理解。
领导能力: 4 年以上__团队管理__经验,具备管理复杂 P&L 架构的实战经验。
关系拓展: 在头部移动发行商中拥有深厚的高管层 (C-suite) 资源,具备卓越的“破冰”与结案能力。
语言能力: 母语级中文水平,且英语流利(需作为日常工作语言与总部沟通)。
