Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer marketing approaches for Acrobat & Express tailored for the next generation of business professionals.
  • Convert product and marketing strategies into detailed, actionable plans and briefs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing plans.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across paid media, email, and social platforms.
  • Evolve customer journey and experience optimisation for LLM visibility.
  • Adapt marketing efforts to align with regional preferences and needs.
  • Monitor budgets and support the adoption of internal tools and guidelines.

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer marketing or related fields.
  • Proven success in marketing SaaS, subscription, or B2B/B2C products.
  • Solid grasp of customer journeys and marketing approaches.
  • Basic understanding of LLM/AI optimisation for marketing.
  • Ability to build clear and compelling product messaging.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed organization.
  • Analytical approach and eagerness to learn.
  • Preferred qualifications: German language skills.
