EMEA Cyber Operations Sr. Manager

Adobe is in search of a Senior Manager to lead the EMEA Adobe Cyber Defense Center team of security engineers and professionals within the Cyber Operations Security organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and enforcing security policies, managing cyber security budgets, and coordinating a dynamic team of security experts.

  Lead an agile, highly collaborative, and passionate team focused on cyber security operations.

  Work closely with global teams (developers, SREs, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Program Managers) to define security requirements and priorities.

• →

  Plan and implement comprehensive security strategies, manage budgets, and ensure flawless mentorship for project delivery.

• →

  Coordinate team progress, provide regular feedback, and anticipate and resolve potential conflicts.

• →

  Contribute to the design and implementation of standards, policies, guidelines, and architectural principles aligned with Adobe’s cyber security goals.

• →

  Review and influence technical decisions and security features.

• →

  Mentor and grow your team, setting ambitious goals and reviewing their performance.

• →

  Encourage your team, maintaining high team cohesion and a healthy dynamic.

• →

  Improve development and operations processes to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.

• →

  Stay informed on the latest technologies and trends in cyber security engineering and operations.

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Security Engineering, or equivalent.

• 5+ years of security engineering and operations experience.

• Proven people management skills, leading teams of 10+ and managing extensive projects.

• Expertise with security tools, practices, and software security implementation.

• Strong ability to identify security requirements throughout the system life cycle.

• Outstanding understanding of business context and customer-focused.

• Ability to motivate, encourage, and grow team members.

• Strong ambition, self-drive, and outstanding communication skills.

• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

• Experience in analyzing cloud software services security and managing Cyber Security Incidents.

• Experience with new product development.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge in agile practices.

• Proficiency in securing SaaS model services and operations.
