HRO TS Payroll Business Partner- North East Hyd 171219 - Internal

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily activities of the Total Source Payroll Business partner team in Hyd to ensure operations as per the agreed SLAs. Drives important KPIs such as tNPS, Client Engagement, AHT, productivity, Coverage by PBPs and ensures targets and service level agreements are achieved. Responsible for taking a lead in escalations and getting on calls with clients whenever required. Supervise team and provide direction, feedback and assistance whenever needed. Ensures feedback and coaching is provided to associates with respect to their performance via monthly connects Drives strong Employee Engagement and ensures grievances from associates are addressed timely. Creates a thriving environment for the mutual growth of associates & clients Should be adept at creating business reports and reporting performance management monthly for the associates Identifies clients business challenges and the markets they serve and seeks client feedback to make informed business decisions
