WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities Obtain client data from competitors system in the form of files attached or data extraction and convert into WFN platform Partner with internal and external clients to deliver data based on work order requirements Communicate observations to our internal partner's and discuss key findings during the payroll conversion process Communicate routine information to Implementation Specialist/Project managers which includes timeliness or challenges as they arise Analyze payroll converted data to ensure accurately converted data Partner with our internal clients to understand their business data needs Incorporate Best Practices to Enhance the conversion experience Utilize broader knowledge base for recommended solutions when appropriate Interact/collaborate with ADP associates in Implementation, Sales and Service as needed Ensure deliverables are within SLA date EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED: Hands-on experience in US Payroll and Workforce Now in-depth knowledge is mandate Client facing experience & strong client relationship skills
