Monday- Friday: 7am-7pm- Part Time or Full Time
Saturday; 7am-3pm Sunday; 8am-6pm

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →1 on 1 Patient Care.
- →Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- →Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- →Assist patient in daily activities.
- →Take and record vitals.
- →Provide caregiver relief.
Requirements
~1 min read- Active IL NURSING LICENSE
- Current CPR Certification
- Prior Experience with G-tube & Trach cares
