Role: Certified Nurse Assistant

Our customer is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant for a 13-week assignment supporting a geriatric extended-care unit. The role provides hands-on care for residents with dementia, COPD, CHF, and deconditioning.

Location: Haxtun, CO 80731
Job Type: Contract - 13-Week Contract
Shift: 12-hour nights | 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Compensation: $24-$26/hr

Key Responsibilities

Provide CNA-level care and support to residents in an extended-care/geriatric setting.
Support residents with needs associated with dementia, COPD, CHF, and deconditioning.
Work collaboratively within the care team and follow unit procedures.
Float to other appropriate assignments as required

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Active Colorado CNA certification/license
Required BLS
