• Develops and implements recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conducts interviews and selects candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
• Coordinates onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly.
• Provides ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Enforces personnel policies and employee relations laws to maintain a fair and compliant workplace.
• Addresses disciplinary issues and implements corrective actions as necessary.
• Evaluates employee performance through regular assessments and feedback.
• Monitors employee attendance, turnover, overtime, and absenteeism to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Fosters a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements [Required]
• Proficiency in the performance of basic math functions [Required]
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook [Required]
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail software programs. [Required]
• Aptitude for strong organizational skills [Required]
• Ability to work with people of various backgrounds. [Required]
• Medical office management experience [Preferred]

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• Associate [Preferred]

• in health administration, education, business, or related field
