• Receives and processes contract requests, including revisions and amendments, ensuring compliance with policies. 
• Prepares and submits contract reviews, obtain approvals, compile due diligence, and required documentation. 
• Maintains contract tracking system, monitoring agreements from inception through execution. 
• Develops and monitors reporting dashboards; tracks metrics and performance. 
• Creates and delivers training materials & provides training on contract processes across regions. 
• Develops work plans and status reports, recommending process improvements for efficiency. 
• Coordinates and attend contract meetings, managing agendas and follow-up actions. 
• Monitors expiring contracts ensuring timely renewals or extensions. 
• Investigates discrepancies and resolve issues, including payment troubleshooting with Accounts Payable. 
• Collaborates across departments: legal, compliance, finance, and risk teams to support regulatory and business needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
