• →Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• →Provide skilled nursing treatments and procedures as required.
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and records.
• →Coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• →Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• →Participate in patient education and advocate for patient needs.

• →Current and valid Registered Nurse license for the state of Michigan.
• →Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
• →Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient caseload.
• →Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• →Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• →CPR certification.
• →Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
