As our Home Health Care RN Clinical Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinical operations. Your days will be filled with purpose as you:

  • Provide clinical oversight for Home Health nursing staff
  • Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
  • Reviewing and approving OASIS assessments, care plans, and documentation
  • Supporting field clinicians with education, coaching, and problem‑solving
  • Participating in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Monitoring quality metrics and assisting with performance improvement initiatives
  • Triaging clinical concerns and collaborating with physicians and referral partners
  • Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete documentation
  • Supporting onboarding and ongoing training for clinical staff
  • Promoting a positive, supportive, patient‑centered culture

• Help onboard, train, and inspire new team members

• Keep a close eye on quality measures, patient satisfaction, and outcomes

  • Active RN license in Michigan
  • Home Health experience required (OASIS experience strongly preferred)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Solid understanding of OASIS and home health regulations
  • Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and team‑building abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • A passion for supporting nurses and delivering exceptional patient care
  • Ability to work in the field as needed
