• →Provide clinical oversight for Home Health nursing staff
• →Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
• →Reviewing and approving OASIS assessments, care plans, and documentation
• →Supporting field clinicians with education, coaching, and problem‑solving
• →Participating in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
• →Monitoring quality metrics and assisting with performance improvement initiatives
• →Triaging clinical concerns and collaborating with physicians and referral partners
• →Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete documentation

• Active RN license in Michigan
• Home Health experience required (OASIS experience strongly preferred)
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
