Hospice RN Clinical Manager

If so, AdvisaCare is looking for a dedicated and skilled Hospice RN Clinical Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for our patients.

• →Oversee clinical operations within the hospice program.
• →Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• →Conduct patient admissions and visits as necessary.
• →Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• →Ensure compliance with Medicare and insurance requirements.
• →Provide leadership in expanding hospice services in the community.

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Current CPR and TB test certifications.
• Experience in hospice care is preferred.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.
