As a PT or PTA, you’ll enjoy:

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the licensed Physical Therapist.
- →Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities with clients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and coordination.
- →Provide guidance and education to clients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, transfers, and ambulation.
- →Assess and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- →Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- →Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers, providing support and answering questions.
- →dhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards.
- →Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy and Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- →Current licensure as a Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Michigan.
- →CPR certification.
- →Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- →Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- →Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
