• →Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the licensed Physical Therapist.
• →Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities with clients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and coordination.
• →Provide guidance and education to clients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, transfers, and ambulation.
• →Assess and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• →Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• →Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers, providing support and answering questions.
• →dhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• →Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy and Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• →Current licensure as a Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Michigan.
• →CPR certification.
• →Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• →Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• →Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
