Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Hospice Division
- → Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams
- → Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care
- → Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion
- → Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations
- → Develop and mentor leadership staff to support long-term organizational success
- → Partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare’s mission and vision
You are a seasoned hospice leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing organization and is motivated by impact—not just outcomes.

- Mature, grounded, and able to balance urgency with empathy
Requirements
~1 min read- Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
- Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices
- Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization
