• → Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Hospice Division
• → Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams
• → Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care

• → Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
• Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices
• Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
