RN Clinical Supervisor for Private Duty

• →Supervise and provide clinical guidance to private duty nursing staff.
• →Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and agency policies.
• →Conduct supervisory visits and assessments to monitor patient care and staff performance.
• →Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• →Provide hands-on patient care when necessary to support staff and ensure quality outcomes.
• →Participate in staff training and development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• →Assist with program development and quality improvement initiatives.

• →Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan.
• →Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• →Current CPR certification.
• →Ability to perform hands-on patient care as needed.
• →Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• →Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• →Willingness to travel within the service area as required.
• →Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
