Light Assembly - Slot Deburring - 1st Shift

Feed stainless steel wire into a machine to remove burrs.

• →Feed strips of brackets into a deburring machine to remove burrs
• →Degrease strips of brackets to remove oil used in the slotting process
• →Use some hand tools to remove burrs
• →Identify and mark nonconforming brackets
• →Read and understand part drawings, and machine parts to specification
• →Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, toolmakers microscope a plus
• 2 years experience in direct manufacturing
• Must be able to sit for up to 8 to 10 hours per day
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
• Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time
