CNC Operator

We are hiring a highly proficient CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain our computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The successful candidate will ensure our production runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC machines (such as mills, lathes, or grinders) according to job requirements and machine specifications.
• Load raw materials into the machine.
• Prepare and load cutting tools needed for machining operations.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning.
• Perform basic maintenance on machinery, such as cleaning and lubricating.
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if adjustments are needed.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and make adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar machining role.
• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Solid understanding of CNC operation and programming, including G-code.
• Ability to use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle and position necessary manufacturing materials and operate machinery for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship is a plus.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
