As our HR Business Partner (HRBP) Director you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience, strengthening our culture, and enabling our leaders to build high-performing teams. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to our Engineering and Product executives, working closely with leaders, managers, and employees to drive People strategies that accelerate business growth while reinforcing our values.

Experience: 12+ years in HR, with at least 7+ years in an HRBP or strategic HR leadership role, supporting technology companies with globally distributed teams. Bonus points if you’ve worked in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Experience working with modern HR systems and tools: You are familiar with working with Rippling HRIS, Rippling ATS, Rippling EOR, Rippling AI, Culture Amp, Awardco, Ramp, Drivetrain, or equivalent.
