Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light food with attention to quality, consistency, and presentation

Managing daily coffee station operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow

Supporting the preparation of all necessary mise-en-place for the coffee station and service areas

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, in line with hygiene standards and daily routines

Monitoring stock levels and supporting ordering and replenishment of coffee, beverages, and supplies

Ensuring all equipment is properly used, maintained, and cleaned

Fluent in English & Italian

Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general

Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel

Comply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations

Maximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions

Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, whilst remaining genuine
