About Aethos Saragano

Aethos Saragano is a medieval stone village nestled between olive groves and vineyards in the Umbrian countryside. With 15 renovated suites throughout the town, a pool, a Spa, and our very own restaurant, "Ceci," we are preserving the medieval character of the village and adding elements of contemporary design. We want to create a special place in the middle of the Umbrian hills that invites our guests to enjoy the authentic Italian way of life. If you are passionate about hospitality and want to create a new destination for purposeful travelers, this job is for you.

- Guest Welcomer: Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to learn how to create memorable guest experiences? As our Front Office Agent Intern, you will support the front office team in welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring every guest feels comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.

- Check-In Support: Ready to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations? During your internship, you will assist with check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, and reservations while learning how to manage front desk procedures efficiently and professionally.

- Information Assistant: Do you enjoy helping people and providing useful recommendations? As part of the front office team, you will support guests by sharing information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options, helping to create an enjoyable and seamless stay experience.

- Problem-Solving Learner: Looking to develop your customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment? You will work alongside experienced team members to handle guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly, always maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

A genuine passion for hospitality and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the hotel industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to create positive interactions and make guests feel welcome and appreciated.

Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
