About Aethos Saragano

Among the green hills of Umbria, Aethos Saragano is an entire village that was completely restored and brought back to its original splendor to accommodate nature and refuge-seeking travelers. It is the perfect getaway for Italy lovers looking to spend time in the authentic Italian countryside. We are currently on winter break and when we reopen, the hotel has to be filled with life! That's why we're looking for you! A team player who doesn't value hierarchy, but personality and authenticity.

Overview:

Aethos is looking for an amazing Waiter to join our team. The most successful candidate will have an authentic passion for great restaurant concepts, and a record of success in hospitality. With us, you will never be bored. With you, we will make Aethos Saragano special. You will be involved in the whole creation of CECI from start to finish: preparing the restaurant for a great night, welcoming & hosting guests, and creating an A++ guest experience. The candidate must be a true ambassador of the Aethos brand.

Make our guests feel at ease and create a great experience

Preparation of the restaurant and evening service

Preparing all necessary mise-en-place

Evening Service where everything works: from receipt to the payment request.

Closing of the restaurant

Clean agreed designated areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirements.

Fluent in English & Italian is a must

2+ years of hospitality experience is a plus

Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general

Flexible schedule - long hours and regular evening event coverage is common

Ability to make thoughtful decisions and give constructive criticism

Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guests

Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel

Comply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations

Maximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions

Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
