About Aethos Saragano

Aethos Saragano is a medieval stone village nestled between olive groves and vineyards in the Umbrian countryside. With 15 renovated suites throughout the town, a pool, a Spa, and our very own restaurant, "Ceci," we are preserving the medieval character of the village and adding elements of contemporary design. We want to create a special place in the middle of the Umbrian hills that invites our guests to enjoy the authentic Italian way of life. Guest Experience Supporter: Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to learn how to create memorable dining experiences? As our Food & Beverage Service Intern, you will support the restaurant team in welcoming guests with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout their dining experience.

Service Assistant: Ready to gain hands-on experience in food & beverage operations? During your internship, you will assist the service team with table preparation, food and beverage service, and daily restaurant operations, while learning the standards of high-quality hospitality service.

Menu & Dining Guide: Do you enjoy interacting with people and providing attentive service? You will support guests by answering questions about the menu, sharing recommendations, and helping to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience within our hotel restaurant.

Team Player & Fast Learner: Looking to develop your communication and customer service skills in a dynamic environment? Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will learn how to manage guest requests, support restaurant operations efficiently, and maintain a professional and friendly attitude, even during busy service hours.

A genuine passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and guest service.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
