We are looking for a proactive and analytical M&A Analyst to join our team. This role is key to supporting the Group’s expansion strategy in Spain and Portugal, through the evaluation, execution, and integration of M&A opportunities.

The M&A Analyst will be responsible for identifying and analyzing potential investment opportunities, coordinating due diligence processes, assisting in the drafting of key transaction documents (including NBOs, SPAs, and APAs), and supporting post-deal integration efforts.

  • Analyze and evaluate M&A opportunities aligned with the Group’s strategic growth objectives.

  • Support the financial modeling, valuation, and preparation of investment memos and business cases.

  • Coordinate due diligence processes by working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

  • Assist in drafting key transaction documents (e.g. Non-Binding Offers, Share Purchase Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements).

  • Collaborate with the integration team to ensure a smooth post-deal transition and alignment with business operations

  • Monitor industry trends and maintain a pipeline of potential targets in Spain and Portugal.

  • Support senior management with market research, benchmarking, and strategic assessments.

  • Support the preparation of investment cases and internal presentations for senior leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; Master’s is a plus.

  • 2–3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of the full M&A lifecycle (evaluation, due diligence, documentation, integration).

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional projects.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
