Director, Wealth Strategies

What you’ll do Translates Wealth strategy into operational plans, priorities, performance expectations, and informs resource requirements for the Affinity Wealth Management business. Provides overall leadership and accountability for AWM business performance, including growth, member outcomes, service delivery and standards, operational effectiveness, and execution of Wealth priorities. Provides people leadership and direction to leaders responsible for Wealth advice, sales, service, operations, and compliance, establishing clear accountabilities and ensuring alignment across teams.
