Affinity Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Events Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of our event marketing programs. This role owns our full portfolio of industry events, executive activations, sponsorships, and hosted experiences, ensuring they drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
You will connect event strategy to broader marketing efforts, aligning pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up to support pipeline growth. Working closely with sales, PR, content, and executive leadership, you’ll help elevate Affinity’s presence at key industry events and maximize the impact of every activation.
This is a highly visible role requiring experience in high-profile, fast-paced environments and a strong understanding of the advertising, media, or adtech event landscape (e.g., Cannes Lions, CES, Advertising Week).
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Own end-to-end delivery of event portfolio: trade shows, sponsorships, executive dinners, partner activations, and customer events
- Plan and manage timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, production, and on-site execution
- Design event experiences aligned to brand positioning and business goals
- Support executive participation, including speaking opportunities, prep materials, and on-site coordination
- Partner with PR, sales, content, and design teams to align messaging and activation plans
- Act as primary contact for leadership during key industry events (e.g., Cannes Lions, CES)
- Manage external partners including venues, publishers, and production vendors
- Identify opportunities to scale processes and improve operational efficiency across events
- Support event-related campaigns (landing pages, email, social, follow-up programs)
- Partner with sales and marketing to connect event engagement to pipeline and revenue
- Track event performance: attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI
- Provide post-event reporting and recommendations to improve future investments
Requirements
~1 min read- 5–8+ years in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or integrated marketing within adtech, martech, media, advertising, or data-driven companies
- Direct experience managing large-scale industry conferences and executive-level activations
- Proven ability to own event programs end-to-end, including budget management and vendor oversight
- Experience supporting executive speakers and high-visibility industry engagements
- Familiarity with major industry events such as Cannes Lions, CES, Advertising Week, Possible, RampUp
- Experience tying event activity to pipeline, revenue, and ROI reporting
- Working knowledge of marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Monday.com
Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000
Office Hours: 9am – 5:30pm
