  • Monitor hospitalized patients and update treatment sheets
  • Provide compassionate nursing care to sick and surgical patients
  • Break down medical info in a way that actually makes sense to pet parents
  • Review treatment plans and discharge instructions

  • Build trust with families and advocate for your patients

  • Graduate of an accredited Veterinary Technician program (Associate Degree)
  • Passed the VTNE and licensed to practice in Florida
  • Strong technical skills and confidence using them
  • Excellent communication skills (with humans and pets alike)
  • Positive attitude + team mentality
  • Ability to stay organized in a busy environment
  • Genuine passion for patient care

Clermont offers that perfect mix of small-town vibes and outdoor adventure — lakes, trails, sunshine, and a growing community of amazing pet owners who truly care about their animals.

  • Part-Time
  • Competitive pay (based on experience)
