Job Summary

Serve as the liaison between customers and the company to ensure timely responses to customer complaints and claims, driving continuous improvement of products and processes while increasing customer satisfaction. Provide customer support by addressing product related inquiries and technical concerns, fostering customer loyalty and confidence.

Technical Knowledge

Advanced English proficiency.
Advanced Product Quality Planning.
Design and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
Control Plans.
Measurement Systems Analysis.
Statistical Analysis.
Feasibility Analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
Availability to travel.
Valid passport and U.S. visa.
