Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Operate UV coloring equipment to process optical fiber according to production specifications.
- →Complete inventory and production transactions accurately in Oracle.
- →Re-palletize finished colored fiber and prepare material for shipment or internal transfer.
- →Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving to ensure timely movement of materials to designated locations.
- →Perform daily machine inspections and routine maintenance tasks.
- →Maintain cleanliness and organization of machine parts, tooling, and the work area.
- →Monitor product quality and report any equipment or process issues.
- →Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- →Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma
- Demonstrated performer with 3+ years of discrete manufacturing experience in cable manufacturing
- Current AFL manufacturing process certification
- Current EHS/Quality certification and EHS training
- No pending, active, or a repetitive history of disciplinary action
- Very detail oriented (Mistakes cause lose in production)
- Dependable with exceptional attendance history
- Available to work a night shift 2-2-3 schedule (7p-7a)
