~1 min read- →Weekend Night Shift welder position (Friday-Sunday 5:00pm-5:00am)
- →Weld materials are primarily aluminum
- →Typical operations include welding aluminum tubing to pads using turntable, back plates and knobs to brackets, hooks to square tubing, pads to extrusions, etc…
- →Weld operator is responsible for all equipment set ups and to perform a proper weld on each part / component.
- →Responsible to complete each discrete jobs by verifying proper material from staged area before welding.
- →Follow weld instructions/requirements from discrete job, access drawings from computer system to verify special requirements.
- →Move/deliver product to next operation.
- →
- Communication – possess strong written and verbal skills
- Attitude – maintains positive outlook and response under pressure.
- Problem Solving – ability to diagnose and recommend solutions to resolve issues
- Detailed – able to keep detailed and accurate records
- Meet production standards for output / efficiency
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Minimum of two years MIG welding experience required
- Welder certification is a plus
