About the Role
~1 min read- Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure system stability, security, and optimal performance.
- Manage and prioritize IT support tickets, ensuring fast, effective resolution with proactive follow-through.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, including networks, identity management, security tools, and device management.
- Develop and document IT policies, processes, and system configurations.
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding and access workflows.
- Manage IT vendors, assets, and software tools.
- Proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and take initiative on IT projects and improvements.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3–5+ years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or systems administration, including some level of leadership or ownership.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with ticketing systems, identity management, and IT best practices.
- Highly proactive mindset — able to anticipate issues, drive solutions, and independently advance projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
