As we scale our pipeline from 4 to 7 concurrent projects, we are hiring a remote Accounting Assistant (Construction) to take full ownership of our financial draw cycles, budget reporting, and operational coordination.

Mandatory Background: Minimum 3 years of direct experience in construction accounting, bookkeeping, or project financial support.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of construction workflows, draw cycles, job costing, and budget tracking.
Software Proficiency: High proficiency in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with construction management, scheduling, or estimating platforms is required.
Communication: Business-fluent written and spoken English with the confidence to communicate with US-based owners, lenders, and vendors via video and phone.
Work Ethic: Exceptionally detail-oriented and self-directed, capable of managing multiple financial schedules independently in a remote setup.
