We are seeking a highly proactive, hands-on Social Media Manager who can fully own the day-to-day execution of our social presence across multiple brands.
This is not a traditional corporate social media role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building, creating, and executing, not simply managing calendars or coordinating with creative teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in small, fast-paced companies where wearing multiple hats is the norm. They are excited to experiment, capitalize on real-time opportunities, and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves to create content from scratch.
Success in this role requires someone who naturally says, "I'll figure it out," rather than waiting for direction or relying on specialized departments.
You will work directly with founders, operators, and store teams to bring brand ideas to life and help grow awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across all channels.
