Agicap allows Finance teams of Mid-Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash, pay their suppliers and get paid. Join our Customer Success (CS) Team, the cornerstone of Agicap's mission to support and delight our customers. Within this team, you will be part of the Integration Engineering Team, responsible for integrating client data into Agicap and ensuring seamless connectivity between their tools and our platform.
In the Integration Engineering Team in Lisbon you'll join a dynamic, multicultural team with representatives from all our European markets, aiming to unify as one cross-market team in the coming months. It's a great time to join as an intern and take on real responsibilities from day one!
Your responsibilities
Data Integration & Troubleshooting
• Debug, update and implement client data connections, primarily via SFTP, Connector (Chift/ Flowwa) and API, ensuring long-term stability and client satisfaction.
• Act as a technical resource for clients during their onboarding, helping them define the data they need to integrate and selecting the best connection methods.
• Participate occasionally in client-facing interactions (calls or email exchanges) with technical or finance stakeholders to clarify needs and validate solutions.
To succeed, you'll need to:
• Understand the technical needs of B2B clients across various sectors and translate them into actionable integration tasks.
• Be familiar with tools and protocols such as SFTP, API, SQL, Python scripts, and Excel to ensure proper connectivity between client systems and Agicap.
Training will be provided, but a strong eagerness to learn and foundational technical knowledge are essential.
Work with diverse stakeholders, including technical experts and cross-functional CS teams.
Deepen your understanding of how clients operate and explore innovative ways to automate data transfers across systems.
