Carrier Sales Specialist

Agile Pro Solutions (APS), a US-based company, is expanding its team in Skopje. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Carrier Sales Specialist to support one of our clients in the Transportation & Logistics (T&L) industry. As a Carrier Sales Specialist, you will be an integral part of our transactional freight team. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing freight shipments across our carrier network while building strong relationships and ensuring operational excellence. Your primary focus will be to secure timely pickup and delivery of shipments, optimize transportation costs, and maximize revenue per load through effective negotiation and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Working hours: Monday – Friday: 2pm-10pm; Location: Skopje (on-site) Responsibilities · Source and procure carrier capacity to ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight · Maintain and update internal systems with accurate shipment information · Communicate shipment updates clearly with internal stakeholders and carriers · Act as a liaison between Customer Experience teams and carriers to ensure smooth shipment execution · Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and SOPs · Support onboarding and handoff of newly onboarded carriers in collaboration with sourcing teams · Negotiate competitive spot and transactional rates to maximize profitability (with supervision) · Assist in resolving shipment issues, carrier exceptions, and escalations in a timely manner · Meet or exceed monthly revenue and gross profit targets · Continuously developing knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry · Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements · 1–2 years of relevant professional experience (logistics industry experience is a plus) · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (2–4 year program) with strong academic performance · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong multitasking ability and quick learning mindset · High attention to detail and organizational skills · Proactive, accountable, and confident personality · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits APS Privilege Card – Discount club card.
