We are seeking for a collaborative and innovative Application Technologist. You will be responsible for flavours and colours applications in products under relevant categories or market segments which include Beverages, Sweets and Bakery. This is a strong resource to the Technical Services Manager regarding short and long-range plans, strategies and tactics. 

You will thrive being part of a team of motivated people, be collaborative, however also comfortable working alone. Customer, quality and entrepreneurial focus are essential in this position.

What you will do: 

• Innovation, development and preparation of prototypes for presentation to key customers. 
• Work on new product ideas and customer requirements using our portfolio of flavours, colours and natural extracts in a variety of food segments.
• Recommend the right product and solutions to customer. 
• Help solve problems customer meet when using our products in production.
• Support the sales team and join customer presentations and innovation work shops.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned to or required for the job.

What you will bring: 

• Product and process development experience. Exposed to quality systems such as GMP, HACCP and FSSC.
• Analytical instrument knowledge: product, processing and testing knowledge, including the ability to understand and explain results.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including short notice travel
