Supervisor Operations - 2nd shift

We are looking for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for the supervision of our plant operations to ensure production of high quality sweet flavors, beverage ingredients, and food products on time and in full, while working safely. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with overtime as required by business needs.

• →Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to achieve production demands.
• →Monitor and participate in production processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency of production.
• →Foster a safe workplace by enforcing safety regulations and providing thorough training to enhance employee understanding of safety, quality, and productivity procedures.
• →Lead and develop the team in a professional environment, conduct shift start up meetings, and foster a safety and quality culture. 

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• A strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in various systems, combined with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of production and management.
• Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset with the intention of streamlining team workflows.
• Experience working in manufacturing, ideally food, chemical, or related industry.

The salary range for this position is $69,550 to $90,000 USD.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.
