Agricultural Equipment Shop Foreman - Waskatenau

We are looking for an exceptional Shop Foreman to join our team in Waskatenau, AB.
Experience as an Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic would be preferred (agriculture experience isn’t required but would be a bonus).

• Actively working on a wide range of agriculture equipment and brands
• Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Cub Cadet, Bourgault products and more!
• Large agriculture equipment to lawn and garden equipment (the type of equipment can vary by region)
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Supervision of shop personnel, and assign technicians to the appropriate job duties
• Ensuring safety policies and procedures are being followed
• Work along side with the Service Manager and Advisor to monitor work orders for accuracy, efficiency and completion
• Ensure quality control, assist, and advise technicians and make recommendations for additional work that should be considered for the equipment
• Diagnostics, electrical work, general repairs, maintenance and pre-delivery inspections of equipment
• This position will be based in shop

• A Journeyperson Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic would be required
• Experience with agriculture equipment would be a bonus (including experience growing up or working on a farm), but not required
• Someone with superior leadership and organizational skills
• Someone who is a problem solver, has great communication skills, and can assist in finding solutions to complex repair or diagnostic challenges
• Proficient with computers and electrical diagnostics
