Alfred H Knight is looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team in Geel. Are you strong on admin, customer-focused and do you enjoy organising everything efficiently? Then you might be the colleague we’re looking for.
As an Operations Administrator, you’ll act as the link between our clients, inspectors and the operations team. You’ll schedule inspections, keep all parties involved informed and ensure that reports and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The role:
- Planning en coördination: You will schedule inspections and liaise with customers, warehouses and terminals.
- Customer-focused: You will ensure smooth communication and keep customers informed of progress.
- Administration: You will process reports, manage documentation and support the day-to-day operations of the operational team.

Required competences

- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
Required work experience
- Knowledge of inspection and supervision (desirable)
- Practical knowledge of quality service provision and the factors that play a role in delivering a high-quality service.
- Experience in a customer service environment or an environment involving direct customer contact.
Required languages
- Fluent Dutch (Flemish): Essential for day-to-day work and local coordination.
- English and French: Professional proficiency in both languages is required.

- Living in the area of Geel.
