As a Senior Paralegal, you will play an important role in supporting legal and business activity across a sophisticated real estate environment. This position is suited to a legal professional who is comfortable working across corporate, commercial, and transactional matters, while helping maintain the accuracy, structure, and responsiveness needed to support a fast-moving organization.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, leases, and legal correspondence accurately.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain case files, corporate records, and document management systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on compliance, filings, and regulatory documentation.
  • Support dispute resolution, due diligence, and transaction closing processes.
  • Law degree and paralegal certification.
  • 5+ years of relevant paralegal or legal support experience, including supporting real estate transactions, due diligence, legal administration, and real estate disputes.
  • Proven experience reviewing and negotiating banking facility agreements and financing documentation.
  • Strong experience conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • Hands-on experience with document management systems and government filing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate filings, legal documentation, corporate and commercial law, real estate law, and UAE laws and legal practices.
  • Experience coordinating with business executives, regulators, external counsel, and real estate transaction parties.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English, with business-fluent English and business-fluent Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and bring strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
