ai-coustics is building the reliability layer for Voice AI, the system that closes the gap between raw audio input and reliable machine understanding in production. By combining state-of-the-art speech and audio research with real-time, production-grade SDKs, we test, observe, and enable Voice AI systems to work in any environment. Our software is used by fast-growing Voice AI companies across Europe and the United States whose products require reliable performance at scale: call center agents, voice agents, telephony apps, and enterprise voice assistants. We believe voice will become the main interface for technology and ai-coustics is building the foundational infrastructure to make audio input reliable, measurable, and easy to deploy.
We are backed by leading early-stage investors including Connect Ventures, Partech, Inovia Capital, as well as angel investors from HuggingFace, DeepMind and Amazon with deep expertise in AI and developer infrastructure. These partners share our vision and are helping us build a world-class team operating with high levels of responsibility and velocity. We look for people who take ownership, think systemically, and want to solve challenging real-world problems in close collaboration with our customers. If you're motivated by developing technology that is used in practice, shaping an emerging category and setting a new standard for how voice AI works in the real world, you'll feel at home at ai-coustics.
We're looking for a Marketing Lead to run the day-to-day of ai-coustics' marketing function as we scale into a category-defining moment for Voice AI infrastructure. Working closely with the CEO and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales/GTM, you'll translate strategy into execution: own the quarterly marketing plan, ship campaigns end to end, and make sure every channel — content, demand gen, product marketing, developer marketing, and brand — is firing in a coordinated way. You'll be a hands-on operator who can both write the launch narrative and run the funnel behind it, while coaching our Growth & Content Marketer and Video Specialist and steering our agency partners. This is the right role for someone who has been a strong individual contributor at a B2B / developer-first startup and is ready to step up into a leadership seat with broad ownership but a clear focus on execution.
- Own and execute the quarterly marketing plan in line with company priorities, with clear pipeline, content, and brand goals
- Lead the marketing team's day-to-day (Growth & Content Marketer, Video Specialist, agency partners), unblock the team, and raise the bar on quality and consistency
- Run B2B demand generation across paid, SEO/SEM, lifecycle, and partnerships, with hands-on involvement in campaign setup, copy, and reporting
- Drive product marketing for launches and feature releases: positioning, messaging, launch assets, and sales enablement, in partnership with Product
- Support developer marketing alongside DevRel and Engineering: developer content, community presence, integration stories, and ecosystem moments (LiveKit, voice AI platforms, telephony providers)
- Own the content and editorial calendar across blog, case studies, technical guides, and video, ensuring everything is on-brand, technically credible, and built to perform
- Coordinate events, webinars, PR moments, and founder thought leadership; show up as a strong second set of hands on flagship moments
- Operate the marketing stack (CRM/MA, analytics, SEO tooling) and own funnel reporting and dashboards the exec team can trust
- Manage budget and agency relationships with discipline; integrate AI tools natively across the team's workflow
- Partner with Sales/GTM on pipeline coverage, target account lists, and campaign follow-through
Requirements
~2 min read- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 1–2 years leading a workstream, squad, or small team at a high-growth startup or scale-up
- Track record of running full-funnel B2B campaigns end to end (paid, SEO/SEM, content, lifecycle) with measurable pipeline impact, ideally in developer tools, APIs, AI/ML infrastructure, audio, or technical SaaS
- Experience marketing to developers or technical buyers, with a strong point of view on what good developer-first content and community motions look like
- Solid product marketing chops: you've led launches, written positioning, and built sales enablement that closes deals
- Strong writer who can adapt tone from a technical blog post to an executive one-pager and personally own high-stakes narratives
- Hands-on with the modern marketing stack (HubSpot or equivalent CRM/MA, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush) and confident briefing or running paid programs
- Comfortable being a player-coach: leading and mentoring a small team while still shipping the work yourself
- Cross-functional operator: works fluently with Product, Engineering, Sales, and the CEO, and can hold their own in technical conversations about Voice AI, audio, and infrastructure
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects without close supervision, and biased toward shipping, measuring, and iterating
- Bonus: interest or experience in Voice AI, speech, audio, real-time communications, or adjacent infra categories
