The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Individual Voluntary Solutions Department, you may be involved in

• →Undergraduate student in Business or related disciplines
• →Conversant in MS Word applications including Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• →Good writing skills with strong attention to detail
• →Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic documentation
• →Self-motivated, independent, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills

• Provide end‑to‑end support for Worksite events, including preparation, on‑site execution, and post‑event follow‑up to ensure smooth delivery.

• Manage stock levels of Worksite event materials, including monitoring usage, coordinating replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Conduct event review to evaluate performance and recommend improvements for future Worksite events.

• Prepare regular operational and performance reports, and design or improve reporting templates to enhance consistency, clarity, and efficiency.

• Assist sales activities by conducting outbound calling exercises to agents.

• You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
